   • Additional travel fees may apply for locations over 30 miles from our base.

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling or a refund.

   • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeited lesson.

3. Liability

   • Tennis with Nick is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during lessons.

   • Players are encouraged to consult with a physician before engaging in physical activity.

   • Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication purposes.
