Weather Policy

For all group tennis sessions, there is always a possibility that a portion of a session may be impacted or canceled due to adverse weather conditions. The safety of players is always the top priority.

If a program is affected by weather, Tennis With Nick will make every reasonable effort to schedule make-up sessions so players have the opportunity to recover missed instruction time. However, make-up sessions cannot always be guaranteed due to scheduling limitations.

If a make-up session cannot be scheduled, a credit may be issued toward a future group program.

Please note that refunds are not issued for missed lessons due to weather conditions.
